If you wish to change or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours after your order has been placed. After 24 hours your order will go into processing and shipping and can not be changed.

We will send you an email containing your tracking information as soon as your order has shipped. You may also track your order from the Track Your Order page. Typically, you will receive the tracking number within 3-5 days after processing your order.

All orders are handled and shipped out from different warehouses all over the world. Please allow for extra time for your order to be processed during holiday seasons.

We process orders between Monday to Friday. Please allow for up to 9-18 business days in some cases to receive your order.

For United States, orders may be delivered by USPS Postal Service, DHL, UPS, or FEDEX. Worldwide shipping may be delivered through USPS or E-Packet.

The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in US Dollars. If a custom duty tax is received, customers will be responsible for paying the customs tax.

Import taxes, duties and related customs fee may be charged, which are determined by your local customs office.

If you are unsatisfied with your order and wish to return it, please contact us within 30 days from your order delivery date. Refunds after 30 days will not be accepted. Please fill out this form to submit your refund request. Each return will be manually processed by our customer service team and you will be notified if the return is approved.

Please note all returns must be in the original condition with packaging intact.

Yes, all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please contact our customer service team within 30 days from your order delivery date. To process your refund claim, you must send us a photograph or video of the defective product. We will process all claims as soon as possible to ensure you receive a replacement item free-of-charge.

Due to the large amount of daily orders, processing returns may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your returned item. We will notify you via email to confirm that your return order has been processed.

All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Refund times are generally issued within 7 to 10 business days after we receive the returned item. Please contact your card's bank to inquire when the credit refund will be posted to your account. Due to varying banks, it may take up to several weeks before a credit is issued back to your account. 

Customers will be charged a re-stocking fee only if they cancel an order after it has been shipped from the warehouse. We will charge a 15% re-stocking fee.
